How will EMAG send out my order/s?All orders are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class delivery FREE of charge. You may select Royal Mail Special Delivery from our Font's and Delivery page, please note however that this purchase must be added to your basket and does not guarantee the processing of your order. How quickly will I get my order?We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving it. So you should receive all items within 5 working days. Please allow upto 14 days for delivery. |
What if an item is out of stock?If an item is out of stock it will be listed as out of stock, you can still place an order for this item. |
What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?Royal Mail First Class and Special Delivery- If your parcel is too big to fit through the letter box, and no one is at home, you will be left a red card and need to collect it. |
