FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

How will EMAG send out my order/s?

All orders are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class delivery FREE of charge. You may select Royal Mail Special Delivery from our Font's and Delivery page, please note however that this purchase must be added to your basket and does not guarantee the processing of your order. For more information please see our Font's & Delivery page


How quickly will I get my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving it. So you should receive all items within 5 working days. Please allow upto 14 days for delivery.


Engraving

We don't like to limit the amount of engraving you can have on your gifts. Our only limit is space. Each product has it's own page and detailed description to tell you more about the item, size, material, finish, packaging etc. Here you will find a recommended character allowance, this is only approximate, what we think would be ideal and not too squashed up. So if you are a couple over, don't worry, we'll work our magic and make it fit!

For any special requirements please put basic instruction in brackets like this:

"{TOP} Happy Anniversary! {BOTTOM} 15th September 1951 "


We will center all text as default but please contact us at sales@engravemeagift.co.uk if you have something else in mind.


I want special charachters in my engraving text?

We have a range of languages and special characters on our engraving machines, please email us to check we have the character you want to be sure we can engrave it before placing your order.


"I would like a logo or a picture engraved, can you do this?"

We can not engrave from digital photograph images. We can engrave logo's that are suitable to be engraved, these tend to be, graphical, black and white or block-colour images. For more information please call us on 01902 653800 or email your logo to sales@engravemeagift.co.uk


What if there is a spelling mistake?

If the engraving does not appear as it does on your order or email, we will of course send out a replacement, once your faulty item has be returned to us. Please contact us before posting your item.


What if I have made a mistake on my order?

All orders are final and by agreeing to our terms and conditions these are none refundable or returnable. However, if you inform us of this as soon as you realise the mistake and we have not engraved your order we will of course make changes wherever possible.


What if I want to return my item?

Engraved or personalized products can not be returned to us as we can not re-sell them, of course if the item is damaged we will replace it. Please contact us if this has happened.

We have a huge range of fonts, we have selected the best one for engraving, so you are sure to get the best quality possible.
