All payments are processed through secure encrypted online servers and as such there is no increased risk associated with a purchase from our Online UK Gift Shop than with any other credit card purchase.
As a UK Online Gift Shop we currently undertake to only
deliver within the UK. If, however you wish to make a purchase from out with
the UK then by all means contact us and we will tell you if this is possible
regarding the product you wish to purchase.
Although we quote a maximum delivery time of 28 days we believe our "Quoted" delivery times (clearly posted on all items) are realistic and would encourage you to contact us if we do not meet our "Quoted" delivery schedule - this gives us the opportunity to ensure no oversight or unexpected delays have occurred.
Non receipt of Goods: Loss of items are quite rare and as most items are despatched by Royal Mail we would advise you to initially check with your local sorting office who will normally have your undelivered item ready for collection. If your item cannot be traced then the current Royal Mail policy is that a claim cannot be made until 15 WORKING days after the date delivery was expected.
In the event of Non Delivered (non-received) Goods we will re process the original order and issue replacement goods as per original order. Personalisation details cannot be altered for another recipient and refunds cannot be issued.
Notification of non-receipt must be received within 21 days of despatch as we will consider all orders as fulfilled by this date.
Many of our Gifts have the option to upgrade Delivery to "Special Delivery" (sometimes marked as "express Delivery). This service will ensure your order is prioritised and delivered within 48hrs by the Royal Mail "Special Delivery Service". Please note that Special Delivery is available Monday to Thursday - Orders placed before 1pm on Friday are not scheduled for delivery until the following Monday or Tuesday. Contact us direct if you require Saturday Special Delivery as the Royal Mail impose higher charges for this service.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Our current policy is FREE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING. We have
all been there at some stage with that "Bargain" that isn't such a
great deal by the time you pay for all the extras. We charge the price quoted,
our only postage costs relate to express delivery which is offered on certain
items but all Standard Postage is FREE.
In the event that items are returned to us by the Royal Mail (or any other carrier) due to non-collection of goods or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses then we reserve the right to apply charges relating to costs incurred relating to resending the item(s).
Personalised Gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised
and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when
ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been
We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. We often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us.
Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit, or does not arrive at all, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry. You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves or our suppliers.
If you wish to consider returning a Non Personalised Gift then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition in which they arrived. Any and all returned goods must be received by us no later than 10 Working days from the despatch date of goods.
We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1.50 will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made. You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to obtain a proof of posting.
please note that each glass has its own uniqueness therefore you may find a manufacturers blemish in the glass, such as a air bubble, a smudge or little line, scratch (moulding marks), which will not affect the engraving or the use of the glass,

We only share our information with the suppliers who are tasked with meeting your order. We do not provide any other third parties with any information we hold relating to you or your affairs.
We will not SPAM you at any time nor will we pass on any information which would put you at risk of such annoying practices by any other third party.

We only use the "good" cookies like the ones which stop you having to fill out our order forms every time you visit our UK Online Gift Shop. Any cookies used relate solely to your visit to our website. We do not, and would not, track any activity out with your visit.
We try our best to ensure all our photographic images and descriptions are as accurate as possible and that our prices relate to the products sold. In the event of any mistake relating to the content of our website we reserve the right to cancel any purchase and refund the purchaser to the value of the funds we have received.
