Engraving holds no colour it's engraved and cut into the glass
Please note: each glass has its own uniqueness, therefore you may find manufactures blemishes within the glass, such as smudge marks, small line scratches, this will not affect the engraving either will it affect the use of the glass
We cannot send, to a third party, it needs to go to the address given a the time of order
Please Remember this is your personalised glass, it's your responsibility to check all names and text is spelt correctly,
and we always ship when we advise, however, if you there is too much text, no text sent, or other concerns that stop us from doing so, naturally process will be delayed because, we cant engrave if we don't hold the information to do so, or your the text is too much.
